Refund Policy

1. Overview

You Get A Lead LLC provides professional digital marketing services that require time, research, planning, and implementation. Because professional work cannot be returned once performed, this Refund Policy reflects a service-based model. By engaging us, you agree to this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable. This includes SEO, Local SEO, consulting, strategy sessions, audits, research, advertising setup and management, technical optimization, content planning, and related professional time.

3. SEO Services

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or lead volume. SEO work begins at project initiation. Dissatisfaction with rankings or speed of results does not create refund eligibility when contracted work has been delivered.

4. Website Development

Before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Once planning, design, development, or implementation has started, fees are non-refundable. Deliverables remain our property until final payment is received.

5. Monthly Services

Cancelling a monthly service stops future billing according to your agreement’s notice period. It does not create refunds for services already delivered or for the current billing period when work was allocated.

6. Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Performance dissatisfaction is not evidence that services were not delivered. Wrongful chargebacks may result in service termination and recovery of related costs.

7. Exceptions

Exceptional refunds may be reviewed case-by-case at our sole discretion and do not create precedent.
