Refund Policy

1. Overview

You Get A Lead LLC provides professional digital marketing services including Local SEO, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads Management, Meta Ads Management, Website Development, Lead Generation Services, and Marketing Consulting. These services require substantial time, expertise, research, strategic planning, implementation, continuous optimization, and active management.

Many of our services commence immediately after client onboarding, including but not limited to account setup, campaign structuring, keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and strategic planning. Because our work product consists of professional knowledge, labor, and time that cannot be returned or resold, this Refund Policy reflects the nature of our service-based business model.

By engaging You Get A Lead LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once work has begun on any service, fees become non-refundable. The following services are expressly non-refundable after any work is performed, delivered, or initiated:

Professional Time & Expertise
Our services consist of professional time, strategic expertise, implementation labor, and management hours. Once delivered, these cannot be returned, undone, or refunded — similar to legal fees, consulting retainers, or agency service fees.

3. SEO Refund Policy (Local SEO & Organic Search)

Clear Performance Disclaimer: You Get A Lead LLC does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, lead counts, or revenue from any SEO service. Search engine algorithms are proprietary, frequently updated, and controlled entirely by third parties (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).

SEO work begins immediately upon project initiation — including research, on-page optimization, technical analysis, content strategy, and link building. Because results depend on external, uncontrollable factors (algorithm changes, competitor actions, search engine updates, etc.), all SEO fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Client dissatisfaction with rankings, perceived campaign performance, or speed of results does not constitute failure to deliver services. We deliver contracted work product (audits, optimizations, reporting, consultations, etc.) as defined in your Statement of Work or Service Agreement. Performance expectations do not create refund eligibility.

4. Paid Advertising Services (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

All fees for Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, campaign optimization, ad copywriting, audience targeting, bid management, and A/B testing are non-refundable once any management or optimization work has been performed during a billing cycle.

Ad Spend Disclaimer: Advertising budgets paid directly to Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or other platforms are never refundable through You Get A Lead LLC. Any refund, credit, or adjustment to ad spend must be sought directly from the respective advertising platform according to their policies. We do not control platform billing, click fraud detection, or approval processes.

Campaign management fees accrue based on time, labor, and expertise delivered — not based on advertising results, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead (CPL), or any performance metric.

5. Website Development Refund Policy

For website development projects, refund eligibility is limited as follows:

  • Before work begins: The Company may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund of deposits minus any administrative fees or research time already incurred.
  • Once development, planning, design, coding, revisions, project management, or implementation work has commenced: Fees become entirely non-refundable.
  • This includes wireframing, mockups, content population, plugin configuration, testing, and deployment phases.

All website deliverables (designs, code, assets) remain the property of You Get A Lead LLC until final payment is received in full. No refunds are provided for change requests, scope creep, or dissatisfaction with creative direction after approval has been given.

6. Subscription & Monthly Services

Monthly recurring services (e.g., ongoing SEO, PPC management, social media management) may be cancelled according to the notice period as specified in the applicable Service Agreement.

Cancellation Policy: Cancelling a monthly service stops future billing but does not create entitlement to refunds for services already delivered, including partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, the current month’s fees remain fully due and non-refundable because management time and optimization work were already allocated and performed.

No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation of subscription services.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients expressly agree to contact You Get A Lead LLC directly before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with their financial institution. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication.

Client acknowledges that dissatisfaction with search engine rankings, website traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, campaign performance, return on investment, or business outcomes does not constitute evidence that services were not delivered. The Company’s obligation is to provide professional services, expertise, implementation, optimization, and management—not guaranteed business results.

In the event of a chargeback filed in violation of this policy:

  • The Company reserves the right to present the following as evidence that services were provided as agreed: monthly reports, deliverables, work logs, project management records, email correspondence, meeting notes, and internal task completion records.
  • Client dissatisfaction with campaign performance, rankings, lead volume, or return on investment does not constitute evidence that services were not delivered. Our obligation is to perform professional services — not to guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Chargeback disputes may result in immediate termination of all active services, reporting access, and account deactivation.
  • The client remains responsible for all original fees, chargeback reversal fees, legal fees, and collection costs incurred by You Get A Lead LLC.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

You Get A Lead LLC may, on a case-by-case basis and solely at its discretion, review refund requests that fall outside this policy. Any approved exception is:

  • Extraordinary and does not create precedent for future requests
  • Subject to a formal review including documentation of deliverables and communications
  • Not guaranteed under any circumstance
No Obligation to Refund: Nothing in this Refund Policy obligates You Get A Lead LLC to provide refunds, credits, or adjustments once professional services have commenced. We reserve all rights to enforce our payment terms.

Factors that may be considered in exceptional reviews include documented service errors, uninterrupted platform downtime exclusively caused by our systems (excluding third-party platform outages), or demonstrable failure to deliver contracted deliverables as explicitly defined in writing.

For all refund inquiries, please include your full company name, service agreement number (if applicable), and a detailed description of your concern. We aim to respond within 5-7 business days.

Legal Notice: This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into all Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Proposals issued by You Get A Lead LLC. By retaining our services, making payment, or accepting deliverables, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. This policy supersedes any prior oral or written statements regarding refunds. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and a signed Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), Proposal, or Order Form, the signed agreement shall control and take precedence.
